CodeLog provides custom software development, mobile app development, web development, digital marketing, banking & payment API services, and referral services for payment gateways, POS machines, sound boxes and QR collection products.

CodeLog acts as a referral and channel partner. Payment gateway accounts, settlements, chargebacks and transaction processing are provided solely by the respective payment gateway companies or banks under their own terms.

Merchant onboarding approval, pricing, TDR/MDR rates and settlement cycles (including same-day settlement) are decided solely by the payment gateway or bank and are subject to their verification and risk policies. CodeLog facilitates and negotiates on your behalf but does not guarantee approval or specific commercial terms.

Any “best pricing” or “same-day settlement” references describe options available through our partner network, subject to eligibility.

All software, website and app development work is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work covering scope, timelines, deliverables, payment schedule, revisions and intellectual property.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, intellectual property in deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment.

You agree to provide accurate business information, KYC documents and requirements in a timely manner, and to use delivered software and payment services only for lawful business purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials provided to you.

Fees for software services are payable as per the agreed milestone schedule. Referral services for payment gateway onboarding are provided as part of our partner program unless separately quoted.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be charged as per prevailing law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeLog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or business, arising from the use of our website or services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for downtime, failures, disputes or losses arising from third-party payment gateways, banks, hardware vendors or telecom providers.

Our website links to client websites and partner platforms for reference. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party websites.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
