Refund & Cancellation Policy

Advance payments made toward project initiation cover discovery, planning and resource allocation, and are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Milestone payments are non-refundable for completed and approved milestones.

If a project is cancelled by the client mid-way, billing will be settled proportionately for work completed up to the cancellation date.

If we are unable to deliver an agreed service for reasons attributable to us, any unutilised advance for the undelivered portion will be refunded within 7–14 business days through the original payment mode.

Payment gateway onboarding through our referral program does not involve a service fee charged by CodeLog. Any setup fee, annual charge or transaction fee is levied directly by the payment gateway company or bank, and refunds for such charges are governed by that provider’s own policy.

POS machines, sound boxes and QR hardware are supplied through our partner providers. Cancellation, replacement and warranty of hardware are subject to the respective provider’s terms; we will assist you in raising and tracking such requests.

Monthly subscription or retainer services can be cancelled with 15 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle. Fees for the current active cycle are non-refundable.
